SOLVER is a high performance load and stress test tool for mobile telecommunication networks. It provides the ability to simulate a Radio Access Network for GSM (2G) and GPRS (2,5G) with a large number of connected mobile subscribers providing load to the Core Network.
On GSM SOLVER simulates the RAN sending traffic over the A-Interface (or ATER), between the Simulated BSC and the Core Network, an MGW or an MSC.
SOLVER can generate and terminate calls and SMSs, configure the simulated access network, test network indicators and provide real-time statistics on traffic progress. Various traffic patterns are easily created to run simultaneously or in sequence. You can choose to run with or without User Plane data.

Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality (according to the ITU-T specification P.862) is based on modelling of the human perception.

With SOLVER, it is possible to do SMS generation and termination with user definable message content.

Tandem Free Operation, a unique capability to provide load-testing of TFO over the A-interface on channelized SDH STM-1 interfaces.
- Multiple Handover
With SOLVER GSM you can make one or multiple HO per single call and getting relevant statistics showing the relocation.
- MiP or Intra domain Connection of RAN Nodes to Multiple CN Nodes
With SOLVER GSM you can have one or multiple BSC connection to multiple CN entities for changeover and load balance testing
