xDR generation, mediation, and enrichment

As networks grow more complex, so must the OSS/BSS applications supporting them. To sustain this increased complexity it is often insufficient to provide only simple transaction-based xDRs.

Instead, the information flow needs to be correlated between many different streams and enriched from various external databases.

Our solution provides advanced filtering, correlation and enrichment of multi-legged transactions. In addition, it provides a unique feature – the ability to report on service usage and quality of transactions. For instance, xDRs from a wireless MMS transaction can contain bytes delivered and a xDR for a VoIP session can contain a MOS score.
