Incorrectly configured handsets for wireless data services are a known problem in the wireless community. These inconsistencies occur, for example, when subscribers change settings, the mobile is purchased in a another country with network settings configured for that country, incompatibility between devices and many other issues.

Managing these inconsistencies is important to assuring quality of service, securing the network and also avoiding unnecessary work for the operator's customer service organisation.

Our solution keeps track of which physical handset a client is currently using. It ensures that subscriber information is updated in real-time in network elements and in OSS/BSS systems. This enables wireless operators to dynamically ensure correct settings in the handset by integration with the operator's OTA system.
