IP Performance Overview

IP Performance is intended to measure performance indicators/metrics for IP services. Measurements are focussed on network and transport layer statistics. Data is captured passively from one or several network interfaces using TAPs or SPAN/Mirroring ports, and the statistics generated are presented by the Jupiter framework.

The IP performance solution should be seen as a complement to OSIX as it delivers more precise IP performance measurements, focussing on a per-server rather than per-user approach.
