Solver´s trade mark is ease of use, and the system does not require specially trained staff to manage it. The training provided by Polystar will be sufficient to get you up and running with your new Solver system in no time, even if your staff is not already familiar with the procedures of testing mobile networks.
 
The Solver training can be performed at your premises or remotely over the web, according to your preferences.  In any case, the training will include general network facts, Solver hw and sw, log in and GUI, statistics, upgrade procedures, fault handling and how to trouble shoot.

And naturally, you will receive comprehensive and pedagogical user guides that will assist you in your further use of the system.

Through the login account to the Solver Portal and the Polystar Download Website, which you will receive in connection with the training session, you will have instant and constant access to Solver documentation and SW downloads, (releases and patches) as well as information re your own Service Requests, Enhancements requests, incidents etc.
