Polystar has today entered into an asset purchase agreement with Xperior AB. The purchase is structured as an asset sale on a cash and debt free basis.

With this acquisition Polystar strengthens its organization with top notch expertise in the fields of Service Assurance, Test and support services.

Xperior's operations generated approximately USD 5M in its last audited fiscal year, with robust profitability from products and services. Existing customers of Xperior will be offered attractive migration programs to get continued support and high quality solutions.
