Polystar T&M adds 2G – 2G handover and multiple HO

In the new 4.5.1 release there is now support for 2G-2G handover.

SOLVER release 4.5.2

SOLVER version 4.5.2 has just been released. It is an update from 4.5.1 including a few corrections and the following new features:

ATER with AMR HR (DTX) supported in 8 Kbit frame, 16 Kbit sub multiplexing
SCCP segmentation
New SACK Timeout configuration parameter for SIGTRAN SCTP
Simulation Manager statistics in .CSV format
