	Customer Assurance A customer-centric solution, providing the operator with a complete end-to-end view of network quality and performance of services (voice, SMS, video, data session, etc.), as experienced by individual subscribers, subscribers groups or VIP accounts. Customisable dashboards provide non-technical data for a company's management, marketing, customer care, and sales departments, while the technical users gain a comprehensive top-down view of the "true" customer experience.
	Interconnect / Peering Assurance Polystar's interconnect solution provides reporting on traffic profiles and the associated quality to and from all interconnect partners. The solution enables fixed, mobile and IP service providers to optimise their interconnect operations without traditional capital outlay. In addition, our MOCN (multi-operator core network) solution enables sharing of OPEX and CAPEX between MOCN partners by measuring the actual usage on the network.
	Northbound Partner Integration Our northbound partner solution provides third-party vendors with enriched network information, be it from signalling to actual user data. The CDR records, created by our solution, provide added value for third-party applications such as CEM, fraud, roaming management, revenue assurance, etc.
	Real-time network monitoring The real-time network monitoring system is the foundation for most of our solutions. It provides enriched information to the entire Polystar solution suite, including detailed information about signalling and service usage for fixed, mobile, VoIP and NGN networks.
	Roaming Assurance Polystar's roaming solutions rely on proprietary network probes to ensure that all the information relating to roamers and their activity is seen. Whether looking at inbound roamers or generating GRQ reports, Polystar provide real-time visibility of all roaming activity within and outside the operator's network.
	Security This solution offers superior, in-depth monitoring of network activity through probes in both IP and SS7 environments. Unlike other network elements, our passive probes cannot be interfered with and as a result, ALL network traffic is monitored and seen. The SMS system protection features enable operators to monitor all SMS traffic, which can then that can be filtered and presented using keywords.
	Service and Network Assurance The solution provides operators with a visibility of network and services performance, combined with an easily actionable path down to the root cause of a problem. Network and service performance is measured by various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
