The Performance Analyser is an application for real-time monitoring of different KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for different calling/transaction groups. When the levels fall below the set thresholds, alarms are generated.

Easy-to-use GUI The GUI (Graphical User Interface) allows you to easily detect alarms, or groups approaching alarm level, by displaying the calls in red or yellow colour. You can select to sort the groups by any of the columns; ID, Information Description, Priority, etc.
Client configuration With the client configuration you can set which update interval you wish to have, which KPI you want to set priority by, if you wish to have colour coded alarms or not, which columns you wish to see, and which call/transaction groups you wish to see.
