Roaming analysis application – rDec
The Polystar roaming management application rDec provides market proven analysis, management and optimisation of an operator’s inbound and outbound roaming traffic.

rDec provides a centralised view of a carriers inbound and outbound roamers. The prime source of information comes from real-time, non intrusive probes connected to the signalling network. Information can be presented in real-time for immediate fault resolution; alternatively aggregated data can be viewed historically (up to three months) providing valuable network planning or sales and marketing information.

rDec Configuration
rDec has been designed with ease of use in mind. All alarms are configured by one user window, once rDec is installed it is simply a matter of using drop down boxes to select the desired alarms. Alarms are configured by at local, national or international levels. This means an operators can view specific problem areas or if desired look at ‘the big picture’ enabling them to get a complete view of their network, maintaining revenue streams.
