Polystar Instruments AB has successfully accomplished a comprehensive NetAct Traffica Certification Program and has signed the Service Management OEM License Agreement with Nokia Siemens Networks. NetAct Traffica Certification program ensures Nokia Siemens Networks customers get an entirely integrated harmonized subscriber traffic data view to help operators to improve customer experience.

Customer traffic data is of key importance to operators in ensuring and improving the quality of customer experience and service. The data, however, doesn’t come from one source, but rather from a multitude of sources. An integrated solution of Polystar Instruments and Nokia Siemens Networks helps operators to gain a harmonized view of dispersed data and improve customer service and operational efficiency. The integrated solution of Polystar probes and NetAct™ Traffica with productized probe interface enables an easy creation of customer key performance indicators. Apart from this, the interface between Traffica and probes allows operators to cut custom integration costs.

To enter the NetAct Traffica Certification Program, Polystar Instruments had to meet the Nokia Siemens Networks certification criteria, including technical and operational compatibility such as licensing, maintenance and support, and release compatibility. Certification also requires technical verification in customer environment.
